Ultramarine Photo is an artist-owned licensing library documenting coastal cultures from shore to city. Ultramarine is the brainchild of Portland-based photographer and videographer Nick Mendez. Nick invited me to be one of the contributors to the site. Currently I have two collections, one named “Transfer Points” which explores public transportation scenes in Portland and surrounding areas. Another named “Quiet Country” features nature as well as rural Oregon. I look forward to submitting additional collections in the near future.
